少年精神病态特质量表中文版的效度和信度

Psychometric properties of the Chinese Version of the Youth Psychopathic Traits Inventory

目的:引进和修订少年精神病态特质量表中文版(YPI-Ch)并考察其效度和信度。方法:以四川省两所中学的1240例初中生为施测对象,以YPI-Ch中文版为工具,通过探索性和验证性因素分析考察量表的结构效度,使用明尼苏达多项人格测验精神病态分量表(MMPI-Pd)考察量表的校标效度,一周后对其中60例进行重测考察重测信度。结果:修订后的YPI-Ch探索性因素分析结果显示该量表为三因素结构,分别命名为人际风格、情感风格、行为风格,可解释总变异的51.9%。验证性因素分析结果显示三因素模型拟合良好(χ~2=190.39,df=32,P<0.001;RM SEA=0.09,GFI=0.94,CFI=0.96,AGFI=0.90);效标效度分析表明YPI-Ch总分与M M PI-Pd呈正相关(r=0.42,P<0.01)。总量表的内部一致性系数为0.90,各分量表的内部一致性系数在0.43~0.84之间,其中不诚实魅力、夸大、操纵、无悔意、寻求刺激以及不负责6个分量表内部一致性信度均≥0.75;总量表的重测信度(ICC)为0.92。结论:少年精神病态特质量表中文版具有良好的信度和效度,可以作为少年精神病态测量的有效工具。

Objective： To revise the Chinese version of the Youth Psychopathic Traits Inventory（ YPI-Ch） in a Chinese adolescent sample and verify the validity and reliability. Methods： Data was collected from a sample of 1240 middle school students assessed with YPI-Ch. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were conducted to testify structure validity. The Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Test＇ s Psychopathic subscale（ MMPI-Pd） was used as a criteria-related validity instrument. Sixty students of the subjects were retested one week later to examine test-retest reliability. Results： The exploratory factor analysis showed that this revised scale has three-factors,named as interpersonal,affect and behavior style,and confirmatory factor analysis supported the three-factor solution. And YPI-Ch scores were positively correlated with MMPI-Pd scores（ r = 0. 42,P 0. 01）. The internal consistency coefficients of YPI-Ch were0. 90,and 0. 43-0. 84 among the 10 subscales. The dishonest charm, grandiosity, manipulation, remorselessness,thrill-seeking and irresponsibility subscales＇ internal consistency reliability（ ≥ 0. 75） met the standard. Test-retest reliability of YPI-Ch was good（ ICC = 0. 92）. Conclusion： The YPI-Ch has satisfactory reliability and validity and could be used for assessing psychopathic traits in youth.
