轴承卷边防尘盖压装质量改进

Quality Improvement on Press Assembly for Curling Shield of Bearings

摘要 针对带卷边防尘盖密封轴承装配合格率低的现状,以62XX-2Z轴承防尘盖装配为调查对象,从人、机、料等方面分析影响一次压装合格率低的末端因素,最终确定模具结构、压装轴向力和模具锥面角为3个要因。通过改进压装模具结构,试验确定最佳压装轴向力和模具锥面角,使得压装合格率大幅提高。 The assembly for shield of bearings 62 XX-2 Z is taken as object to investigate low qualified rate for assembly of sealing bearings with curling shield,the terminal factors affecting one-time qualified rate of press assembly are analyzed from the aspects of person,machine and material,etc. Finally,the structure of mould,press assembly force and taper angle of mould are determined as three major factors. The optimal press assembly force and taper angle of mould are determine experimentally by improving structure of press assembly mould,the qualified rate of press assembly is increased greatly.
