摘要
分析了轴承工序间套圈的锈蚀情况,并研究了水溶性防锈剂的浓度、p H值、使用方法与温度、湿度对防锈性能的影响。结果表明:水溶性防锈剂浓度控制在8%左右、p H值在8.5~9.5时,防锈效果较理想;套圈可采用喷淋和完全浸入法进行防锈;温度、湿度越高,套圈越容易锈蚀。对防锈管理提出了相关预防措施。
The corrosion of rings is analyzed in bearing processes. The concentration,p H,application method and influence of temperature and humidity on anti-rust property of water soluble anti-rust agent are studied. The results show that the concentration of water soluble anti-rusting is controlled in about 8%,the anti-rust effect is more ideal when p H is controlled between 8. 5 and 9. 5. The anti-rust for rings is carried out by using spray and completely immersed method. The rings are easier to corrosion when the temperature and humidity are higher. The related preventive measures are proposed for anti-rust management.
