摘要
基于Monte-Carlo法,多次重复抽样并统计分析模拟得出t=500 s时刻滚动轴承-转子系统x方向振动位移的分布和可靠度,研究表明:x方向振动位移近似服从正态分布;随着抽样次数增多,可靠度误差减小。分析可靠度对某些随机参数的敏感性后可知:可靠度对阻尼c、径向力Fr和偏心距e较敏感;对转速n、径向游隙Gr和系统质量m不敏感。
Based on Monte-Carlo method,the distribution and reliability of vibration displacement of rolling bearing-rotor system along x direction at t = 500 s are obtained by multiple repeated samplings and statistical analysis. The research shows that the vibration displacement along x direction approximately obeys normal distribution,and the reliability error is reduced with the increase of sampling times. The sensitivity of reliability to some random parameters is analyzed. The result shows that the sensitivity of reliability to damping c,radial force Frand eccentricity e is larger,but the effect of rotational speed n,radial clearance Grand system mass m on reliability is relatively smaller.
