摘要
精密轴承生产时超精量很小,按标准规定酸洗检验规程进行酸洗,会对轴承波纹度和轮廓度有一定的影响,为此,研究了新冷酸洗方法,通过降低酸液浓度和去掉明化工序,在能清楚地显现和识别产品磨削烧伤等缺陷的前提下满足轴承波纹度和轮廓度加工的要求。
The pickling affects waviness and profile of precision bearing rings if carried out according to standardized pickling inspection procedures,because of small superfinishing allowance. The new cold pickling method is studied. The processing requirements for waviness and profile of the bearings are met,the grinding burn of products is clearly shown and identified by reducing acid concentration and removing hydrochloric acid process.
