评价布地奈德/福莫特罗对比氟替卡松/沙美特罗治疗哮喘的临床效果

目的：对布地奈德/福莫特罗治疗哮喘和氟替卡松/沙美特罗治疗哮喘的临床效果进行分析和对比.方法：以我院2016年3月-2017年3月期间收治的100例哮喘患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法对患者平均分组,观察组50例,接受布地奈德/福莫特罗治疗;对照组50例,接受氟替卡松/沙美特罗治疗.治疗结束后,比较两组患者临床疗效.结果：治疗结束后,相较于对照组患者,观察组患者肺功能指标水平更优（P〈0.05）,SGRQ评分、症状评分级不良反应发生率更低（P〈0.05）.结论：与氟替卡松/沙美特罗比较,使用布地奈德/福莫特罗对哮喘进行治疗可获得更显著的临床疗效,可进-步提升患者临床治疗有效性和安全性,推荐使用.

Objective： To analyze and compare the clinical efficacy of budesonide and formoterol in the treatment of asthma and fluticasone / salmeterol treatment of asthma. Methods： A total of 100 patients with asthma who were treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were randomly divided into the observation group （50 cases） and the control group received budesonide / formoterol ; Control group of 50 patients receiving fluticasone / salmeterol treatment. After treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results： Compared with the control group, the patients in the observation group had better pulmonary function indexes （P 〈0.05） and SGRQ scores and symptom grade adverse reactions were lower （P 〈0.05）. CONCLUSIONS： Compared with fluticasone / salmeterol, the use of budesonide / formoterol for asthma treatment may achieve more significant clinical effects, which may further improve the effectiveness and safety of clinical treatment of patients.
