显齿蛇葡萄多糖的提取及鉴定 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]研究张家界巴冲寨发酵型显齿蛇葡萄多糖的最佳提取条件。[方法]采用热水浸提、乙醇沉淀的方法,以提取时间、提取温度、料液比3个因素进行单因素及正交试验,对获得的显齿蛇葡萄多糖单糖组成进行分析。[结果]显齿蛇葡萄的多糖最佳提取条件为95℃、料液比为1∶40(g/m L)、提取1.0 h,显齿蛇葡萄多糖提取率为11.26%。单糖组成分析表明,显齿蛇葡萄多糖由Man、Glc UA、Glc、Gal、Xyl组成,Man/Glc UA/Glc/Gal/Xyl的摩尔比(%)为29/10/7/18/37。[结论]通过水提醇沉法可以获得显齿蛇葡萄多糖。 [Objective]To study the optimum extraction conditions of a polysaccharide from Ampelopsis grossedentata in Bachong Village of Zhangjiajie.[Method]The polysaccharide was extracted using hot water and ethanol precipitation method. Single factor experiment and orthogonal test were investigated by taking extraction temperature,extraction time and solid-liquid ratio. The monosaccharide composition of the polysaccharide was analyzed. [Result] The optimum conditions were as follows: 95 ℃,1 ∶ 40 solid-liquid ratio(g/m L) and 1. 0 h for extraction.The extraction rate of the polysaccharides was 11.26%. The polysaccharide from A. grossedentata was composed mainly of Man,Glc UA,Glc,Gal and Xyl. Its monosaccharide composition normalized mol(%) Man/Glc UA/Glc/Gal/Xyl was 29/10/7/18/37. [Conclusion] Polysaccharide was extracted from A. grossedentata by water-ethanol fractional precipitation method.
