分析了农业科技创新的现实意义、目标要求和可行路径,提出了加强农业科技创新的相关建议,以推动农业供给侧结构性改革取得实效,保障国家粮食安全。

The practical significance,target requirement and feasible path of agricultural science and technology innovation were analyzed. Some suggestions were put forward on strengthening the innovation of agricultural science and technology,so as to promote agricultural supply side structural reform to obtain actual effect,safeguard national food security.
