水合肼制备硫酸肼的研究

摘要 本文以水合肼为原料,通过滴加浓硫酸的方法合成硫酸肼。实验主要探究了水合肼浓度、反应温度、沉淀剂种类、保温时间等因素对合成硫酸肼的影响。实验表明,水合肼浓度为40%,反应温度10℃,沉淀剂采用甲醇,保温时间为2 h做出的水合肼在收率和纯度上是最优的。 hydrazine sulfate is synthesized from hydrazine hydrate by dropping concentrated sulfuric acid. The effects of hydrazine hydrate concentration,reaction temperature,precipitant type and holding time on the synthesis of hydrazine sulfate were investigated. The experiment showed that the concentration of hydrazine hydrate was 40%,the reaction temperature was 10,the precipitant was methanol,and the hydrazine hydrate made by the heat preservation time was 2 h,and the yield and purity were the best.
