摘要
盐酸丙帕他莫是对乙酰氨基酚的前体药物,是重要的解热镇痛药。现有合成方法存在收率低及成本高等问题,研究及改进其合成工艺具有重要的经济效益和社会效益。本文以对乙酰基氨基酚为起始原料,经酰化、氨化、酸化成盐制备盐酸丙帕他莫。采用的反应条件温和,后处理简单,总收率达77%。本文方法简便、总收率高,对工业化生产有重要的指导意义。
Propacetamol hydrochloride is the prodrug of acetaminophen,which is an important antipyretic analgesic. The synthesis of propacetamol hydrochloride has some obvious disadvantages in practice,such as the low yield and the high cost of the synthetic method. Therefore,to study and improve the synthesis of propacetamol hydrochloride has great economic and social benefits. The route,using acetaminophen as material,obtains the target compound by acetylation,ammonification and acidification. The reaction condition was mild and the total yield was up to 77%. In view of the simple synthetic route and the high total yield,it has an important guiding significance to industrial production.
