高效液相色谱法测定甲磺酸多沙唑嗪控释片含量

HPLC Determination of Content of Doxazosin Mesylate Controlled-release Tablets

建立HPLC法测定甲磺酸多沙唑嗪控释片的含量。以C18柱(150×4.6 mm,5μm)为固定相,水(每1000 m L水中含冰醋酸6 m L与三乙胺3 m L)-乙腈(68∶烫32)为流动相,进样量10μL,检测波长246 nm,测定甲磺酸多沙唑嗪控释片的含量。甲磺酸多沙唑嗪在21.62ng^648.60ng的范围内,浓度与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.59%,RSD=0.58%(n=9)。结果显示该法专属性强、灵敏度高、准确度高、快速简便、稳定性好,可用于甲磺酸多沙唑嗪控释片含量的测定。

The HPLC method was established for the detection of Doxazosin Mesylate Controlled-release Tablets. The C18 column（ 150 × 4. 6 mm,5μm） was used and the mobile phase was consisted of Water（ 6 ml of glacial acetic acid and 3 m L of triethylamine per 1000 m L of water）-Acetonitrile（ 68 ∶ 32）,Sample volume 10μL The detection wavelength was 246 nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 21. 62 ng ~ 648. 60 ng. The average recovery was 99. 59% and the RSD was 0. 58%（ n= 9）. The results showed that the method is exclusive,highly sensitive,accurate,fast,easy and stable for the determination of Doxazosin Mesylate Controlled-release Tablets content.
