常压立式钢制储罐沉降测量方法的研究

摘要 沉降会使储罐局部应力增加,影响储罐的结构稳定,情况严重会导致储罐局部开裂或坍塌。采用有效的沉降测量方法,并对测量结果进行评估,可以有效地预防因沉降引起的储罐劣化。根据测量值,采用最小二乘法拟合最佳余弦曲线,可以用来评估沉降是否在允许范围之内。 Settlement will increase stress in local tank,the influence of tank structure stability,severe settlement leads to cracking in localing tank or collapse. Using effective settlement measurement method,and evaluate the measured results,can effectively prevent the degradation caused by sedimentation. According to the measured value,the least squares fitting best cosine curve can be used to assess whether settlement within the tolerance.
