摘要
济南分公司电脱盐存在的主要问题为在原油性质变劣时,电脱盐乳化严重、出现脱后含盐不合格、电脱盐污水带油严重等问题。调研企业也不同程度存在类似问题,通过生产经验和相关企业的调研结果来看,在电脱盐乳化严重的情况下,电脱盐污水处理不是一种单一技术就能够达到200 mg/L的要求,需要采取多种措施并行才能予以解决。另外,济南分公司常减压装置仍采用高速电脱盐技术,建议择机对电脱盐罐进行改造,采用对原油适应性更好的交直流电脱盐技术。
The main problems of the electric desalting in Ji'nan branch are the serious emulsification of the electric desalting,the disqualification of the desalting salt and the serious oil with the electric desalting sewage in the deterioration of the crude oil. The research enterprises also have similar problems in different degrees. Through the production experience and the research results of the related enterprises,the electric desalting sewage treatment is not a single technology to meet the requirements of 200 mg/L in the case of serious desalting emulsification,and many measures are needed to be solved in parallel. In addition,the high speed desalting technology is still used in the atmospheric and vacuum unit of Ji'nan branch. It is suggested that the electric desalting tank should be reformed and the AC and DC electric desalting technology with better adaptability to crude oil is adopted.
