摘要 随着微生态学的快速发展,乳酸菌正被广泛用于医药和食品领域。健康饮食与人体健康关系密切。本文概要介绍乳酸菌在健康食品中的应用进展。 Lactic acid-producing bacteria are widely used in the field of medicine and foods with the rapid development of microecology since healthy diet is closely related to human health. The application of lactic acid-producing bacteria in healthy foods is briefly introduced in this article.
