盆底超声对产后早期压力性尿失禁的诊断效果观察

The effect of pelvic floor ultrasonography on the diagnosis of early postpartum stress urinary incontinence

目的 :探讨盆底超声对产后早期压力性尿失禁的诊断效果。方法 :选取经阴道分娩产后6周的尿失禁患者30例作为观察组,另选取未育健康女性30例作为对照组。对所有对象进行盆底超声检查并分析结果。结果 :两组静息状态下及最大Valsalva动作的膀胱颈移动度、膀胱尿道后角、尿道旋转角和尿道内口漏斗的形成存在显著差异。结论 :将盆底超声应用于产后早期压力性尿失禁患者的临床诊断中具有良好效果。

Objective： To investigate the effect of pelvic floor ultrasonography on the diagnosis of early postpartum stress urinary incontinence. Methods： Thirty cases of patients with postpartum urinary incontinence 6 weeks after transvaginal delivery were selected as an observation group and other 30 cases of unfertile healthy women as a control group. Pelvic floor ultrasonography was performed to all subjects and the results were analyzed. Results： There were significant differences between the two groups in bladder neck mobility, bladder posterior urethral angle, urethral rotation angle, and urethral funnel formation with maximum Valsalva movement under resting state（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The application of pelvic floor ultrasonography in the clinical diagnosis of patients with early postpartum stress urinary incontinence possesses a good effect.
