38例单孔双镜保胆取石术的应用

Application of single hole double mirror for gallbladder conservation in 38 cases of patients

目的 :探讨单孔腹腔镜联合胆道镜保胆取石术治疗胆囊结石的可行性。方法 :选取38例胆囊结石患者采用单孔法腹腔镜联合胆道镜行保胆取石术,观察其疗效和术后情况。结果:38例手术均获得成功。平均手术时间(30±18)min,肛门排气时间为术后第0.5~1 d,术后住院3~5 d,无手术并发症发生。38例随访平均(18±7)个月,B超检查无结石复发。结论 :单孔法腹腔镜联合胆道镜保胆取石术治疗胆囊结石创伤小、恢复快、安全可行。

Objective： To investigate the feasibility and the clinical value of gallbladder-preserving cholelithotomy with laparoscopy and fibercholedochoscopic by uniportal surgery（GPCLFU） for the treatment of gallstones. Methods： Thirty-eight cases of patients with cholecystolithiasis were treated by GPCLFU, and their efficacy and postoperative conditions were analyzed. Results： Thirty-eight cases were successfully operated. No perioperative complications occurred. The mean operative time was（30±18） min. The time for post-operation anal postoperative exhaust was 0.5 to 1 day. The postoperative hospital stay was 3 to 5 days. All patients were followed up for（18±7） months with no stone recurrence confirmed by B-ultrasonography. Conclusion： The GPCLFU is safe, reliable, effective, mini-invasive, and of quick recovery.
