经跗骨窦间隙入路结合万向锁定钢板治疗Sanders Ⅲ型跟骨骨折的应用分析

Analysis of application of tarsal canal space approach combined with universal locking plate in the treatment of Sanders Ⅲ type calcaneal fracture

目的 :探讨经跗骨窦间隙入路结合万向锁定钢板治疗Sanders Ⅲ型跟骨骨折的应用效果。方法 :选取46例Sanders Ⅲ型跟骨骨折患者分为观察组(采用经跗骨窦间隙入路结合万向锁定钢板内固定术治疗)和对照组(采用传统"L"形切口联合单轴向跟骨锁定钢板内固定术治疗)各23例,对两组患者的手术情况以及术后的恢复情况进行比较分析。结果 :与对照组相比,观察组手术时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间以及行走恢复时间明显缩短,术后6个月B?hler角和Gissane角恢复程度明显提高,术后并发症发生率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论 :经跗骨窦间隙入路结合万向锁定钢板内固定术可有效缩短Sanders Ⅲ型跟骨骨折患者的恢复时间,提高足功能水平。

Objective： To investigate the effect of application of tarsal canal space approach combined with universal locking plate in the treatment of Sanders Ⅲ type calcaneal fracture. Methods： Forty-six cases with Sanders Ⅲ type calcaneal fracture were selected and divided into an observation group（treated with tarsal canal space approach combined with universal locking plate） and a control group（treated with traditional ＂L＂ shape incision combined with uniaxial locking plate） with 23 cases each. The circumstances of the operation and postoperative recovery were compared between the two groups and analyzed. Results： Compared with the control group, the times for operation, hospital stay, fracture healing and walk recovery were significantly shorter, the recovery situations of B？hler and Gissane angles at 6 month after operation were much better and the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The therapy used in the observation group can effectively shorten the recovery time and improve the foot function level.
