相对性传入瞳孔障碍(RAPD)的临床检测与研究

摘要 相对性传入瞳孔障碍(RAPD)是一项客观体征,是诊断不对称视神经功能障碍的可靠和敏感的指标,对于判断病情的发展变化亦有一定指导作用;临床上对RAPD的检测方法可以选择以交替光照检查法定性,以中性密度滤光片法定量;RAPD形成的原理来自于双眼视神经传入信号的不对称性,这种不对称性与双眼视功能的不平衡是否相关亦值得探讨。本文就RAPD的两种检查方法及其与视功能之间的联系进行介绍。 Relative afferent pupillary defect(RAPD) is an objective sign. It is a reliable and sensitive index that helps to diagnose the asymmetrical optic nerve dysfunction. It also indicates the development and prognosis of the disease. In clinic, relative afferent pupillary defect is commonly used to detect RAPD qualitatively, and neutral density filter is adopted to detect it quantitatively. In addition, the forming principle of RAPD is asymmetric afferent signal passing optic nerve of the two eyes. Whether this asymmetry is associated with binocular visual function imbalance or not is worth exploring. This paper described the examination methods of RAPD and the connection between visual function and RAPD.
