试论成人高校创新创业教育的发展特色与路径

On the Development Features and Paths of the Innovative and Entrepreneurial Education in Adult Colleges

"国势之强由于人,人材之成出于学。"深化改革为人才培养提供优质教育服务是新时代的要求。早在2015年,国务院下发的《关于深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的实施意见》(国发办[2015]36号)不仅是创新创业教育的纲领性文件,也是各类高校付诸实施的指导性文件,"创新创业教育"已上升至国家教育的战略层面。为落实"面上覆盖、点上突破"的创新创业教育要求,成人高校应深刻把握创新创业教育的本质和特色,完善创新创业教育组织与实施的条件和保障,通过创新创业教育的组织与实施全面推动成人高等教育的深化改革,主动承担起培养"双创"人才的责任,打造一支创新创业教育与专业融合的教师队伍,通过融合社会资源加强校企合作,为学生提供良好的实践环境,引领"创业潜质"人才的快速成长。

“Qualified people make a strong country; education makes people qualified.” The new age calls for the deepening reform to provide quality education for talent cultivation. The Implementation Opinions of the State Council on Deepening the Reform of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education （TIAEE） in Colleges and Universities , issued in 2015, is not only the framework document for innovation and entrepreneurship education but an action guide for all colleges and universities. TIAEE has been regarded as a national strategy. To meet the requirements of “coverage in entire areas and breakthrough in specific spots”, adult colleges should grasp the nature and features of TIAEE, improve the conditions and guarantees for the organization and implementation of TIAEE, propelling comprehensively the reform of adult colleges through organizing and implementing TIAEE, shoulder the responsibility of developing innovative and entrepreneurial talents, train the teaching faculty who can integrate academic courses with TIAEE courses, and provide students with practical activities by utilizing social sources and strengthening the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, in order to facilitate the growth of talents with “innovational and entrepreneurial potentials”.
