摘要
首先深度解析信息化环境下高职院校公共英语教师教学能力,分析了当前公共英语教师教学能力现状,并通过对信息化环境下提升公共英语教师教学能力必要性的探讨,分别从正确认知教学能力、积极参与专业培训、全面创新教学模式、善于进行课后反思四个维度,提出了高职公共英语教师教学能力提升的有效对策,旨在能够推进公共英语教师个人职业生涯发展,为高职信息化教育的改革与创新贡献力量。
This paper first analyzes in depth the teaching ability of public English teachers in higher vocational colleges under the information environment, analyzes the current status of the teaching ability of public English teachers, and discusses the necessity of improving the teaching ability of public English teachers under the information environment. From the four dimensions of correctly recognizing teaching ability, actively participating in professional training, comprehensively innovating teaching models, and being good at making after-class reflections, it proposes effective countermeasures for improving the teaching ability of public English teachers in higher vocational colleges. It aims to promote the personal career of public English teachers and contributes to the reform and innovation of information technology education in higher vocational education.
