经颅多普勒超声对糖尿病患者脑血管病变的诊断价值分析

摘要 目的探讨经颅多普勒超声诊断糖尿病患者脑血管病变的临床价值.方法:分别选取在我院接受治疗与体检的糖尿病患者、健康者各 50 例,观察两组研究者的脑动脉血流速度、血流速度分布情况以及搏动指数等各项指标.结果:糖尿病组脑血管病变者明显多于健康组(P 〈0.05);糖尿病组脑动脉血流速度、血流速度分布情况以及搏动指数等各项观察指标与参考组比较差异显著 (P 〈0.05).结论:经颅多普勒超声可明确诊断出糖尿病患者脑血管病变的范围、性质以及部位,可为早期临床干预提供参考.
