摘要
本工作将两种氮杂蒽单元(吩噻嗪和吩噁嗪)应用到染料分子中,制备了两种简单的染料分子POZ-2与PTZ-2,重点对比分析了它们的光物理和电化学性能,并将两种染料分子应用到染料敏化太阳能电池中,分析它们光伏性能之间的差异。结果表明,基于吩噁嗪单元的染料分子POZ-2各方面性能(η=6.6%)皆优于基于吩噻嗪单元的染料分子PTZ-2(η=4.9%)。
The present work aims to provide a comparison between the two organic D-π-A sensitizer donor units,i.e.phenothiazine and phenoxazine,for the appliance of dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSC).We synthesized two sensitizers(POZ-2 and PTZ-2)with simple molecular structure and determined their photophysical and electrochemical properties,and then used these two dyes to fabricate DSSCs and investigate the devices' photovoltaic properties.Our experiment confirmed the superior performances of dye POZ-2 along with a higher power conversion efficiency(η=6.6%)compared with dye PTZ-2(η=4.9%)under standard illumination(Global air mass 1.5).
