摘要
综述了应用光谱技术进行花生品质快速检测的主要研究成果和发展趋势,介绍了光谱技术检测花生蛋白质、水分、含油量三个方面的研究进展,讨论了光谱技术在花生无损检测及选育方面的研究前景。
In this paper,the main research progress and development trend of rapid detection of peanut quality by spectral technology are described. The progress of spectroscopic detection of peanut protein,water and oil content was introduced.Then the paper discusses that development direction of future spectral technology in the field of peanut nondestructive testing and cultivation.
