摘要
司家营铁矿选矿厂氧化矿系统采用FX840-GX-P型平底旋流器代替2FLG-3000mm型双螺旋分级机后,磨矿分级效率大幅提高,且一次分级溢流粒度在一定程度上变细。磨矿效率由改造前的0.99t/(m3·h)提高到改造后的1.35t/(m3·h),-0.074mm粒级产量每小时增加16.81t。一段旋流器给矿泵的过流件寿命也由改造前的4个月增加到改造后的5个月。
After Sijiaying iron ore concentrate plant adopts FX840-GX-P type flat-bottom cyclone to replace 2 FLG-3000 mm type double-spiral cyclone,efficiency of grinding and classification improves dramatically and size of primary classification overflow gets fine to certain extent.Grinding efficiency improves from 0.99 t/(m3·h)before renovation to 1.35 t/(m3·h)after renovation and yield of-0.074 mm size increases by 16.81 ton per hour.Service life of flowing-through parts of primary cyclone feed pump increases from original 4 months before renovation to 5 months after renovation.
