Environmental Contradictions and Countermeasures of Construction Project Planning and Implementation Process

随着上海市产城融合理念的日益深化,各郊区均大幅提升了城市化建设水平,城市功能显著转变。同时,厂居混杂、工业企业与居民防护距离不满足环保要求等环境矛盾突出。本文结合上海市某区典型环境矛盾类型和分布情况分析区域环境问题引发的本质原因,探索将环保要求更好地融入城市规划和实施的全过程管理,尽可能做到环境问题"早期预防、及时管控"。

With production city integration idea in Shanghai, all suburb areas improve urbanization construction level and city function changes remarkably. Meanwhile there are protruding environmental contradictions of plants and residents mixture and industrial enterprises with residential protective distance. The article combines typical environment contradiction types and distribution condition in some district and analyzes essential cause of regional environment problem. The author explores whole process management with environment protection integrating city planning and implementation to make sure‘early prevention and timely control’ for environment problems.
