婴幼儿接种乙肝疫苗预防乙型肝炎的临床效果评价

目的：评价婴幼儿接种乙肝疫苗预防乙型肝炎的效果,为乙肝预防接种工作的开展提供参考.方法：选择卫生院2014年1-12月的50例接种乙肝疫苗婴幼儿,总结不良反应、乙肝抗体滴度、表面抗体阳转率、表面抗体反应情况.结果：婴幼儿不良反应未经特殊治疗情况下均耐受,不同年限乙肝抗体滴度对比P〈0.05,不同接种时机表面抗原体阳转率对比P〈0.05,不同年限产生的表面抗体反应占比P〈0.05.结论：婴幼儿接种乙肝疫苗全程免疫后〈2年疾病预防价值最高,建议推行.

objective： to evaluate the effect of hepatitis b vaccination in infants and young children, and to provide reference for hepatitis b vaccination. Methods： 50 cases of hepatitis b vaccine were selected from January to December 2014 Infants and young children, summed up the adverse reactions, hepatitis b antibody titer, surface antibody positive rate, surface antibody reaction. Results： the adverse reactions of infants were tolerated without special treatment. the titer of hepatitis b antibody in different years was compared with p ＆lt; 0.05. the positive conversion rate of surface antigen in different inoculation time was compared with p〈 0.05. the proportion of surface antibody in different years was compared with p ＆lt; 0.05. Conclusion： the prevention value of hepatitis b vaccine in infants is the highest in〈 2 years after vaccination.
