摘要
目的:探讨精细化管理对儿科门诊服务提升的管理措施.方法:通过对我院儿科门诊2015年至2017年每月就诊量数据的分析,结合儿科门诊现状及就诊疾病种类和特点,从促进医疗服务质量提升方面总结治疗技术及结果,医疗设备,医院环境设施,患者感知等方面的精细化管理措施.结果:年就诊人次明显上升,第三方满意度调查病人满意度由2016年的90%上升至2017年的96%.结论:精细化管理能助推儿科门诊服务提升.
Objective: to explore the specific measures of promoting fine management in the pediatric outpatient department. Method: based on the monthly outpatient data between 2015 and 2017, combining the present situation of pediatrics clinics, the types and characteristics of medical disease, summarized the fine management recommendation measures. Result: annual visits people rise significantly, patient satisfaction up from 90% in 2016 to 96% in 2017 in the third party satisfaction survey. Conclusion: fine management measures improves the pediatric outpatient service.
