驳枝和追施氮肥对早花烟草成熟期总氮和烟碱含量的动态影响

Effects of Pruning and Nitrogen Topdressing on Total Nitrogen and Nicotine Content of Early-flowering Tobacco Leaves in Ripening Period

以烤烟品种K326为材料,研究了驳枝和追施氮肥对早花烤烟成熟期叶片中总氮和烟碱含量的影响。结果表明:打顶后早花烤烟在成熟期,上、中和下3个部位叶片的总氮含量都逐渐下降,烟碱含量逐渐上升。追肥氮肥可提高早花烤烟上、中和下部烟叶的烟碱含量。驳枝显著降低了整个成熟期上部叶烟碱含量;在成熟后期(可采收阶段)对中、下部叶的烟碱含量也有降低的趋势。2个驳枝水平相比,高驳枝处理(B_8)中部叶烟碱含量在成熟期各个阶段都低于低驳枝处理(B_4),下部叶都高于低驳枝处理(B_4)。

A field experiment was carried out to study the effects of pruning and nitrogen topdressing on the total nitrogen and nicotine content in leaves of early-flowering flue-cured tobacco variety＂K326＂in ripening period. The results showed that： after topping,in different positions of tobacco leaves in ripening period,the total nitrogen content gradually decreased,while the nicotine content gradually increased. Nitrogen topdressing could increase the nicotine content in leaves of whole tobacco plants.Pruning could significantly reduce the nicotine content in upper leaves in the whole ripening period,and it also could decrease the nicotine content in middle and lower leaves at later mature stage（ harvest stage）. The nicotine content in middle leaves in the whole mature period in high-level pruning treatment（ B8） was lower than that in low-level pruning treatment（ B4）,while the nicotine content in lower leaves in B8 was higher than that in B4.
