心血管梅毒1例及文献复习

One case of cardiovascular syphilis and literature review

患者女,49岁,反复胸闷气促1年.TRUST阴性,TPPA 1：1 280.心脏彩色多普勒示：右房明显增大,三尖瓣重度返流,二尖瓣、肺动脉瓣轻度返流,心包积液（重度）,左心功能受损,FS：16％,EF：33％.予以利尿剂、地高辛、扩血管药等治疗后无明显好转.单用阿奇霉素胶囊口服1月后,症状、心功能明显改善.诊断：梅毒性心血管病.

The female patients was 49-year-old and had repeated chest tightness and shortness of breath for one year.The laboratory examination showed that TRUST was negative,and TPPA1：1280.Cardiac color Doppler showed obvious right atrial enlargement,severe tricuspid regurgitation,mild mitral valve and pulmonary regurgitation,pericardial effusion （severe）,left ventricular dysfunction,FS：16%,and EF：33%.There was no significant improvement after be diuretics,digoxin,vasodilators treatment.Her symptoms and heart function were improved significantly after orally taking azithromycin capsule for one month.She was diagnosed with syphilitic cardiovascular disease.
