三联疗法联合中药治疗胃溃疡患者的临床效果

Triple therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine for patients with gastric ulcer

目的 观察评价三联疗法联合中药治疗胃溃疡（GU）患者的效果.方法 选择2015年6月至2017年2月医院收治的胃溃疡患者106例,并随机对照试验（Randomized Controlled Trial,RCT）分为对照组与观察组,各53例.对照组给予常规替硝唑片、克拉霉素片及枸橼酸铋钾片三联疗法治疗;观察组则在对照组基础上加用半夏泻心汤治疗;比较两组临床效果.结果 观察组总有效率为94.34％,显著高于对照组的77.36％（x2=6.290 1,P＜0.05）;观察组Hp根除率为96.23％,显著高于对照组的75.45％（x2=9.396 3,P＜0.05）;观察组复发率3.77％,明显的低于对照组的18.87％（x2=6.014 2,P＜0.05）;观察组治疗后IL-6、TNF-α水平均明显低于对照组（均P＜0.05）.结论 常规三联疗法联合中药治疗胃溃疡效果显著,能够有效降低IL-6、TNF-d水平及复发率,值得临床大力推广应用.

Objective To evaluate the effect of triple therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine for patients with gastric ulcer （GU）.Methods 106 patients with gastric ulcer treated at our hospitals from June,2015 to February,2017 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,53 cases for each group.The control group were treated with tinidazole tablets,clarithromycin tablets,and bismuth potassium citrate tablets;in addition,the observation group were treated with Banxia Xiexin decoction.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate and the eradication rate of Hp were significantly higher and the recurrence rate was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group （94.34% vs.77.36%,x 2 =6.290 1,P 〈 0.05;96.23% vs.75.45%,x 2 =9.396 3,P 〈 0.05;and 3.77% vs.18.87%,x 2 =6.014 2,P 〈 0.05）.The levels ofIL-6 and TNF-α were lower in the observation group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions Conventional triple therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gastric ulcer is effective and can effectively reduce the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α and recurrence rate,so it is worth being clinically generalized.
