这是一个虚拟的科幻故事,主要讲述了虚构人物K教授在机缘巧合之下发现金黄色葡萄球菌α-溶血素能够被用作纳米孔的故事。K教授在思考基因测序方法的时候,因梦到金黄色葡萄球菌(又称金葡菌)攻击红细胞而受到启发,最后思考出了纳米孔测序的方法。
This is a virtual scientific fiction story. It mainly tells the story of a fictional character, Professor K, who finds staphylococcus alpha hemolysin that can be used as a nanopore in coincidence. When Professor K was thinking about the method of gene sequencing, he was inspired by the dream of Staphylococcus aureus attacking red blood cells. Finally, he got the method of nanopore sequencing from the dream.
