阿司匹林联合硫酸镁对轻度妊娠高血压患者血压控制、血液黏度、尿蛋白和尿素氮水平的影响 被引量:13

摘要 目的分析阿司匹林联合硫酸镁对轻度妊娠高血压患者血压控制、血液黏度、尿蛋白(PRO)、尿素氮(UN)水平的影响。方法将本院收治的86例轻度妊娠高血压患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和联合组,2组各43例。对照组给予硫酸镁治疗,联合组给予阿司匹林和硫酸镁进行联合治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效和治疗前后血压、血液黏度、PRO和UN水平的变化情况。结果 2组患者治疗后血压水平较治疗前均显著降低,且联合组血压控制幅度较对照组明显升高(P<0.01);2组患者治疗后血液黏度、PRO和UN水平较治疗前均显著降低,且联合组各指标较对照组均显著降低(P<0.01);联合组治疗总有效率(97.67%)较对照组(79.07%)均显著升高(P<0.05)。结论阿司匹林联合硫酸镁应用于轻度妊娠高血压患者可明显发挥控制血压和降低血液黏度、PRO、UN水平的作用,能够增强临床疗效,具有良好的临床应用价值。 Objective To analyze the influence of aspirin combined with magnesium sulfate on blood pressure control, blood viscosity, urine protein (PRO) and urea nitrogen (UN) levels in mild pregnant hypertension. Methods Eighty-six cases of mild pregnant hypertension in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (treated with magnesium sulfate only) and the combination group (treated with aspirin and magnesium sulfate) with 43 cases in each group. The clinical effect and changes of blood pressure, blood viscosity, PRO and UN levels before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The blood pressure levels of the two groups after the treatment were significantly lower than those before the treatment, and the controlling degree of blood pressure in the combination group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 〈0.01); the blood viscosity, PRO and UN levels of the two groups after the treatment were significantly lower than those before the treatment, and those indexes in the combination group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 〈0.01); the total effective rate in the combination group (97.67%) was significantly higher than in the control group (79.07%) (P 〈0.05). Conclusion Aspirin combined with magnesium sulfate can significantly control blood pressure and reduce blood viscosity, PRO and UN levels in patients with mild pregnant hypertension, which can enhance the clinical efficacy, so it has good clinical application value.
