摘要
目的建立并优化小枝玫瑰总黄酮提取工艺,为小枝玫瑰的开发及利用提供理论依据。方法以乙醇用量、乙醇体积分数和提取时间为考察因素,以芦丁为对照品,以总黄酮含量为评价指标,在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验,确定小枝玫瑰总黄酮最佳提取工艺。结果小枝玫瑰总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:50%乙醇,料液比1∶16,提取30min。结论本法简单、高效、可靠,适用于小枝玫瑰总黄酮的提取。
Objective To establish and optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids fromBranchlet Roseto provide theoretical basis for the development and utilization of it.Methods Taking ethanol dosage,ethanol concentration and extracting time as explore factor,and taking rutin as the control substance and total flavonoids content as the evaluation index,the optimal extraction process of Branchlet Rose was determined by orthogonal test on the basis of single factor experiments.Results The best extraction process is:50% ethanol,16 times the amount of solvent,extraction of 30 min.Conclusion This method is simple,efficient and reliable and is suitable for the extraction of total flavonoids fromBranchlet Rose.
