心房颤动患者行经皮左心耳封堵术的临床护理

Clinical nursing of percutaneous left atrial appendage closure in patients with atrial fibrillation

目的回顾总结我院9例经皮左心耳封堵术患者的护理过程体会,为临床规范化护理治疗积累经验。方法回顾性总结分析经皮左心耳封堵术治疗的心理护理、用药护理、术前护理、术中护理、术后护理、并发症的观察护理、生活护理,出院指导等护理内容。结果 9例患者手术均顺利完成,在术后1d及3个月相继复查食管超声心动图,显示封堵器位置正常,术后抗血栓治疗检测,未见血栓形成,未发生出血、栓塞等并发症。结论护理人员术前做好护理准备、术中严密监测生命体征、术后认真观察病情、掌握并发症的预防和处理措施、重视抗凝药物监测、以及做好出院健康指导是促进左心耳封堵术后患者康复的关键,可明显提高治疗效果。

Objective To summarize the nursing experience of 9 patients with percutaneous left atrial appendage occlusion,and to accumulate experience for clinical standardized nursing treatment.Methods Nursing,nursing care,postoperative care,postoperative care,complications of observation and treatment,life care,discharge guidance and other nursing contents were analyzed retrospectively.Results The operations of 9 patients were successfully completed.Esophageal echocardiography was re-examed at 1 day and 1 month after operation,which displayed the location of occluder was normal.And postoperative anti-thrombotic therapy was detected and no thrombosis was found.No complication occurred.Conclusion Preparing well nursing care before surgery,strict monitoring vital signs during surgery,carefully observing the disease after surgery,mastering the complications of prevention and treatment measures,focusing on anticoagulant drug monitoring,and doing agood job on discharge health guidance are key to promote postoperative recovery of patients with left atrial appendage occlusion,which can significantly improve the treatment effect.
