精准护理在提高儿科病房危急值护理文书记录率中的应用

Application of precision nursing in improving the recording rate of nursing documentation for the critical value of pediatric ward

目的探讨精准护理在提高儿科病房危急值护理文书记录率中的应用,为进一步完善儿科危急值管理提供依据。方法分别对2016年1-3月、2016年4-6月调查实施精准护理前后的77例及65例危急值报告登记总数、护理文书的记录率进行前后比较,并分析医生对护士满意度的改变。结果护理文书记录率由实施精准护理前的67.53%上升至实施后的96.92%,医生对护士的满意度上升至100%。结论在儿科病房应用精准护理,可提高危急值的护理文书记录率和医生对护士的满意度。

Objective To discuss the application of precision nursing in improving the nursing documentation record rate of the pediatric ward,and to provide basis of the further improvement of the management of pediatric critical value.Methods The total number of 77 cases and 65 cases from January to March and April to June in 2016 were surveyed on critical value report registration,record rate of nursing documents before and after implementation of precision nursing,respectively.And the changes of doctors′satisfaction to nurses were analyzed.Results The record rate of nursing documentations increased from 67.53% before the improvement of precision nursing to 96.92% after implementation.And the satisfaction of doctors to nurses increased to 100%.Conclusion The implementation of precision nursing in the pediatric ward can improve the nursing document record rate of critical value and the satisfaction of doctors to nurses.
