关于3D打印建筑表面层纹处理技术的研究 被引量:1

摘要 3D打印技术由于打印材料自身特性的原因,打印出的建筑构件一直存在表面不平整的问题,通过引入一种可实现对堆砌层纹进行修补的3D打印喷头,详细阐述其工作原理及方式,并提出改进意见,用以解决3D打印构件施工过程中构件表面产生层纹现象的问题,对产生层纹的原因以及处理方法进行详细分析,希望在工程实践中得到良好运用。 Because of the reasons of the printing material's own characteristics,the 3 D printing technology has always existed the problem of surface roughness. By introducing a kind of 3 D printing nozzle that can be used to repair the stacking layer,the working principle and method are expounded in detail,and the improvement suggestions are put forward to solve the construction process of the 3 D printing component. The problem of generating layer pattern on the surface of components is analyzed. The causes and processing methods of layer pattern are analyzed in detail,hoping to get good application in engineering practice.
