The paper introduces the status of the sustainable development of the residence industrialization at home and abroad,points out the advantages of the assembly buildings and their bottleneck by combining with the three structural systems of the residence industrialization in China,and analyzes the factors which affect the modernistic sustainable development of the assembly architecture,so as to enhance the sustainable development of the assembly buildings.
