谈新农村建设的整体规划设计

This paper take the project of planning and transformation in ecological new town,Yangquan city as an example,analyzes the point of the integrated planning for the new rural construction. In the new rural planning and design,we need to create a cultural atmosphere,pay attention to the function and comfort of the space,and show the new appearance of the countryside,thus achieving the purpose of cleaning village. The overall planning and design of rural construction mainly includes： housing reconstruction,road improvement,environmental landscaping,garbage disposal,etc.
