利用细石混凝土本身及面层(抹灰或面砖)的强度和耐久性好的优点,指出混凝土泛水做法不仅对下部的防水层(卷材或涂膜等)收头起到保护作用,细石混凝土本身也有很好防水效果,而且做完后的节点规整、美观,用做成规整美观的圆弧外形的混凝土收头,既避免了这些部位的积水,又将这些防水的薄弱部位加强,对提高整个屋面的耐久性也有着重要的作用。
