二次回路优化及一体化设计方案

摘要 针对开关操作机构和智能组件的功能冗余与设计缺陷,提出在工程中取消智能终端内部防跳、压力闭锁等冗余回路;优化断路器、刀闸开关机构回路设计,减少辅助接点,取消告警灯,合理设置转换开关;采用防跳继电器、HBJ继电器和可调电阻来实现回路匹配,避免防跳出现衍生回路。通过该方案,可有效提高设计效率,减少机构和智能组件的元器件配置,节省投资。 Studying for the functional redundancy and design flaws of switch operating mechanism and intelligent components,it proposes to cancel redundant circuits such as anti-tripping and pressure lockout functions of intelligent terminals. Optimizing circuit breaker and switch mechanism circuit design,reducing the auxiliary contacts,cancelling the warning light,and setting the appropriate control switch. Using anti-tripping relay,HBJ relay and adjustable resistance to achieve circuit matching to prevent the derivative circuit occurring. Through the above design scheme,the design efficiency can be improved,the configuration of intelligent components can be reduced,and the project investment will be saved.
