建筑的质量不仅是建筑公司发展的内部要求,也是直接关系到人们的生产和安全。建筑施工单位是项目质量的主要负责人,由于近几十年建筑行业的高速发展,受到利益驱动、技术限制、制度不完善等原因的影响,建筑事故屡见不鲜。但事故的调查最终都指向事故的质量和管理方面。分析当今建筑施工企业在施工质量方面的问题,并以某市地标性建筑A项目为案例,研究建筑施工企业的施工管理和控制策略。

The quality of the building is not only the internal requirement of the development of the construction company,but also directly related to the production and safety of the people. The construction unit is the main person in charge of the quality of the project. Because of the rapid development of the construction industry in the last few decades,the construction accidents are not uncommon because of the influence of interest driven,technical restriction and imperfect system. But the investigation of accidents ultimately points to the quality and management of accidents.This article will analyze the problems of construction quality in the construction enterprises,and take the A project of a city landmark as a case,to study the construction management and control strategy of the construction enterprise.
