摘要
首先阐明了建筑工程项目成本管理与控制的原则和必要性,根据我国建筑企业成本管理的现状,总结了影响建筑工程项目的主要因素,提出了建筑工程项目成本管理的具体措施。
The article clarifies the principle and necessity of the cost management and control of the construction project. According to the present situation of the cost management of the construction enterprises in our country,the main factors affecting the construction project are summarized,and the concrete measures of the cost management of the construction project are put forward.
