Due to the increasingly fierce competition in the construction industry and the restriction and governance of the state on the high energy consuming industry,higher requirements are put forward for the construction management of the construction company. Only by improving the construction site management,the construction company can improve the construction efficiency,excavate the production potential,strengthen the control of the quality and cost,so as to maximum the economic benefit of the enterprise and meet the requirements of the national sustainable development. This paper will summarize the general management problems of the current construction site,and put forward the corresponding solutions,use the PDCA cycle to solve the quality problems in the actual project,and put forward a more scientific solution for the management of the future construction site.
