摘要
对近代力学思想在土木工程应用中存在的困境进行了分析和思考,得到了以下结论:土木工程学科的发展,取决于对其研究对象的进一步考量。传统的研究对象,从较长的时间尺度上讲,是无效的;工程设计思想,应当突破固有的"先整体,后局部"惯性。整体与局部应当是并存关系;土木工程学科的精确化,有赖于低速运动力学模型的构建。
The paper analyzes and considers the application difficulties of modern mechanics in civil engineering,and draws following conclusions: the development of civil engineering science depends on further survey for its research targets. Traditional research target is invalid in a long period; the engineering design concept should break through existing inertia of "the-whole firstly,and the-local secondly"; the whole and the local should be co-existent; the specification of civil engineering depends on low velocity model establishment.
