不同方式的抗原修复对免疫组化结果的影响

摘要 目的:探讨免疫组织化学中不同抗原修复方式对染色结果的影响.方法:采用高温高压修复法、微波修复法和酶消化法对病理科采用的四项免疫组织化学标记(p53、Ki67、C-erbB-2、cyclin D1)进行染色,在显微镜下对染色阳性率进行比较.结果:p53、Ki67、C-erbB-2、cyclin D1四项标记在三种修复方法下均具有较高的阳性率.高温高压修复法、微波修复法的染色结果阳性率较高,与酶消化法相比,有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论:三种修复方法均有实用性,三者相比,高温高压修复法、微波修复法修复效果更好,对病理诊断指导意义较大.
