本文首先介绍了我院伦理委员会建设现状和实践经验;其次,分析、探讨了目前委员会运行中存在的问题、不足,并提出了相应的工作建议,以期为促进其他医疗机构伦理委员会建设、管理,提供借鉴.

First , this paper introduces the current situation and practical experience of the construction of medical ethics committee in author, shospital. Second, the author analyses and discusses the problems existing in the operation of the ethics committee, next gives sothat, in order to promote the construction and management of ethical committee and provide reference for other medical institutions.
