空气压缩机在钢厂中是一项重要的工程设备,主要用于保证炼铁厂、炼钢厂、轧钢厂等生产单位设备的冷却、吹扫以及仪表、阀门等的控制气源。本文以华菱涟钢空气压缩机自动控制的实践为例,介绍了空气压缩机的综合控制效果,以监控系统为重要突破点,分析空气压缩机自动控制技术的应用特点,为空气压缩机系统生产高效、稳定运行提供了良好可靠的自动化保障。

The air compressor is an important engineering equipment in the steel plant. It is mainly used to ensure the cooling and blowing of the equipment in the iron making plant, steelmaking plant and rolling mill, as well as the control gas source of the instruments and valves. This paper taking the practice of automatic control of air compressor in Hualing iron and steel compa- ny as an example, the comprehensive control effect of air compressor is introduced, with the monitoring system as an important breakthrough point, the application characteristics of automatic control technology of air compressor are analyzed, and a good and reliable automation guarantee is provided for the efficient and stable operation of the air compressor system.
