本文介绍了PCS7内置APC模块在硫磺回收装置焚烧炉控制中的应用,并对焚烧炉控制进行优化改造,提高了焚烧炉效率及运行平稳性,达到了降低能耗的目的。

In this paper, the application of APC module built-in PCS7 in the control of the incinerator of sulfur recovery unit is introduced. After the control of the incinerator is optimized, we can see that, the efficiency and running stability of the incinerator is improved, and the purpose of reducing the energy consumption is achieved.
