吹灰优化系统在超超临界直流锅炉的应用

摘要 以浙江浙能台州第二发电有限责任公司(以下简称"台二电厂")1000MW的超超临界直流锅炉机组为研究对象,利用吹灰优化系统实现对锅炉各对流受热面污染程度的实时在线监测与报警。使得电厂吹灰由定期吹灰转向根据灰污率按需吹灰,有效降低了吹灰枪使用频率,减少了吹灰蒸汽量损失,降低了受热面的吹灰磨损,延长了吹灰枪的使用寿命,减少了运维人员工作量。数据表明,使用了吹灰优化系统后,排烟温度与煤耗率会明显降低,表明吹灰优化系统的应用能够提高机组运行的安全性与经济性。 Taking the ultra supercritical direct current boiler unit of the Zhejiang Taizhou second power generation limited liability company 1000MW as the research object, the real-time on-line monitoring and alarm of the pollution degree of the heat convection surface of the boiler is realized by using the soot blower optimization system. The soot blowing from regular soot blower to ash blower according to the ash pollution rate can effectively reduce the use frequency of the blower gun, reduce the loss of soot blower steam, reduce the blower and wear of the heating surface, prolong the service life of the blower gun, and reduce the workload of the operation and maintenance personnel. The data show that after the soot blowing optimization system is used, the smoke exhaust temperature and coal consumption rate will be significantly reduced, which shows that the application of soot optimization system can improve the safety and economy of the operation of the unit.
