地籍信息化管理中老旧铁路用地图数字化方法研究

Study on Digitization Method of Old Railway Landuse Maps in Cadastral Information Management

在地籍管理中,铁路用地图由于其资料、档案保有量大,涉及时期长,存储分散,导致数字化程度低,调取利用难度大,严重影响其信息化进程,成为现代化地籍管理中一个不可避免的难题。为了解决老旧铁路数字化程度低的问题,本文以西安铁路局陕西省境内铁路土地测绘和登记代理项目为研究背景,对既有铁路用地图的矢量化方法进行研究,提出一种基于VP studio和CASS平台人工辅助数字化方法,并在项目中对该方法进行了验证,实践结果证明了方法的有效性。

Due to historical reasons, data and documents on land for railway are preserved and stored distributedly in different geographical regions, and are inaccessible to utilize, such that they impede our realization of a modern cadastral management. In order to solve the problem, taking the railway land surveying and registration agency project of Xi’an Railway Bureau in Shaanxi Province as the research background, the paper presents an artificial auxiliary method of VP studio and CASS digital platform. At the same time, we carries on the research to the vectorization of the existing railway map basing on the method which has been proved by practice in the project. The results of the practice show that the method is effective.
